The phrase "a passive voice" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing grammatical structures where the subject of the sentence is acted upon rather than performing the action.
Example: "The book was read by the entire class, demonstrating the use of a passive voice."
Alternatives: "the passive form" or "passive construction".
