The phrase "a partial repeat of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to something that is not a complete repetition but shares some elements or aspects with the original.
Example: "The presentation included a partial repeat of the key points discussed in the previous meeting."
Alternatives: "a partial reiteration of" or "a partial duplication of".
