The phrase "a nucleotide from a" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in scientific or biological contexts when discussing the origin or source of a nucleotide.
Example: "In this experiment, we will analyze a nucleotide from a specific DNA sequence to understand its function."
Alternatives: "a nucleotide derived from a" or "a nucleotide obtained from a".
