The phrase "a normalized system of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a system that has been standardized or made consistent in some way, often in technical or academic contexts.
Example: "The researchers developed a normalized system of data collection to ensure accuracy and reliability in their findings."
Alternatives: "a standardized system of" or "a consistent system of".
