The phrase "a non fluent" is not correct in standard written English.
The correct form would be "non-fluent" as an adjective to describe someone who lacks fluency in a language.
Example: "As a non-fluent speaker of Spanish, I often struggle to express my thoughts clearly."
Alternatives: "an unskilled speaker" or "a hesitant speaker."
