The phrase "a non appropriate" is not correct in standard written English.
The correct term is "inappropriate," which is the accepted adjective to describe something that is not suitable or proper.
Example: "His comments during the meeting were deemed inappropriate and unprofessional."
Alternatives: "not suitable" or "improper".
