The phrase "a need idea" is not correct in English.
Did you mean "a new idea"? If this is the case, you can use it when referring to a concept or thought that is original or innovative.
Example: "The team presented a new idea that could revolutionize our marketing strategy."
Alternatives: "an innovative idea" or "a fresh idea."
