The phrase "a multilingualism" is not correct in standard written English.
It is typically used to refer to the concept of multiple languages being spoken or used, but it should be used as "multilingualism" without the article "a."
Example: "Multilingualism is becoming increasingly important in our globalized world."
Alternatives: "the ability to speak multiple languages" or "the phenomenon of multilingualism."
