The phrase "a much more continuous" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when comparing the degree of continuity between two or more subjects or situations.
Example: "The new process provides a much more continuous flow of information compared to the previous system."
Alternatives: "a significantly more continuous" or "a far more continuous".
