The phrase "a mean time since" is not correct and does not convey a clear meaning in written English.
It may be intended to express a duration or interval of time that has passed since a specific event, but the wording is awkward and unclear.
Example: "It has been a mean time since we last met, and I hope we can catch up soon."
Alternatives: "an average time since" or "a considerable time since".
