The phrase "a lower interaction with" is not standard in written English and may sound awkward.
It could be used when discussing the frequency or quality of engagement between entities, but it would be clearer to rephrase it.
Example: "The study found that students had a lower interaction with their peers during online classes compared to in-person learning."
Alternatives: "reduced engagement with" or "less interaction with".
