The phrase "a logical example of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when you want to illustrate a point or concept with a clear and rational instance that supports your argument or explanation.
Example: "The theory of evolution is a logical example of how species adapt over time to their environments."
Alternatives: "a rational illustration of" or "a coherent instance of".
A more vivid non-logical example of using the concept to undermine spurious metaphysical ideas was in showing that the Catholic understanding of transubstantiation was empty and incoherent (EP1: 131f).
