The phrase "a list of order" is not correct in standard written English.
It may be intended to refer to a list that is organized or sequenced in a particular way, but the phrasing is awkward.
Example: "Please provide a list of order for the items we need to purchase for the event."
Alternatives: "an ordered list" or "a sequence of items".
