The phrase "a lifetime intake" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the total amount of something consumed or taken in over the course of a person's life, often in contexts related to health, nutrition, or environmental exposure.
Example: "The study revealed that a lifetime intake of certain nutrients can significantly impact overall health and longevity."
Alternatives: "total lifetime consumption" or "cumulative intake over a lifetime".
