We are currently preparing a library of such case studies, which will be published either as an online resource or a book, which will include examples of most disease categories demonstrating all of the pathways listed in Box 2. We hope that this library will find broad use among teachers of evolutionary medicine and their students.

A library of scientific studies has shown that disease outbreaks rarely follow natural disasters except in cases where, by some piece of terrible luck, an unrelated epidemic already happened to be raging.
To illustrate and assess the library, a case study of a call handling process is described and the strengths and limitations of the approach are discussed.
The system implements a novel method of visualisation and interaction with a library of fully described cases utilising statistical models of similarity, typicality and disease categorisation of cases.
A CBR system must contain a library of previously solved cases obtained from routine clinical practice.
We show how these features are used in a number of small case studies, and in implementing optimised communication libraries.
As such, there is not currently an abundance of published case studies that have used this library, and there is very little research providing meaningful evaluation.

While we have libraries of tools, resources, case studies, best practice examples and years of experience leading ourselves, in this moment we are called upon to ask better questions, insist on clarity and candor, and press our clients and ourselves to move through the fog of lousy leaders and dishonest, even corrupt practice.
