The phrase "a lesser prevalence" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a lower occurrence or frequency of something compared to another context or situation.
Example: "In this study, we found a lesser prevalence of the disease in vaccinated individuals compared to those who were not vaccinated."
Alternatives: "a lower prevalence" or "a reduced prevalence".
