The phrase "a less frequent behavior" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing actions or habits that occur with lower regularity compared to others.
Example: "In this study, we observed a less frequent behavior among participants when faced with challenging tasks."
Alternatives: "a rarer behavior" or "an infrequent behavior".
