The phrase "a less decrease" is not correct in standard English usage.
It is generally used incorrectly because "decrease" already implies a reduction, and "less" is redundant in this context.
Example: "There was a less decrease in sales this quarter compared to last quarter."
Alternatives: "a smaller decrease" or "a minor decrease".
