The phrase "a induction course" is not correct.
It should be "an induction course." You can use it when referring to a course designed to introduce new employees or participants to an organization or program.
Example: "Before starting your new job, you will need to complete an induction course to familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures."
Alternatives: "an orientation course" or "a training course."
