The phrase "a higher model" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to an improved or more advanced version of a model, whether in technology, theory, or other contexts.
Example: "In our research, we found that a higher model of the algorithm significantly improved the accuracy of our predictions."
Alternatives: "an advanced model" or "a superior model".
