The phrase "a high sensitive method" is not correct in English.
It should be "a highly sensitive method." You can use it when describing a method that is very effective at detecting or measuring small amounts of a substance or signal.
Example: "The laboratory developed a highly sensitive method for detecting trace levels of contaminants in water samples."
Alternatives: "a highly responsive method" or "an extremely sensitive method."
