It can be used to describe someone who possesses a significant amount of knowledge or expertise in a particular area.
Example: "To excel in this field, candidates must demonstrate a high knowledge level in both theory and practical applications."
Alternatives: "a strong level of knowledge" or "an advanced knowledge base."
e.g. System: I believe that you have a high knowledge level for the evaporation of a solution topic.
