For animals with a low standard deviation of fat yield, the Q-Q plot showed a high divergence between the theoretical normal distribution and the sampled distribution.
While these clustering methods can be quite powerful, particularly when there is a high divergence between populations [ 31], they often make explicit assumptions of demographic history and sometimes are difficult to interpret without background biological information.
