The phrase "a further deletion" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the act of removing additional content or data beyond what has already been deleted.
Example: "After reviewing the document, I decided that a further deletion of unnecessary sections was required to improve clarity."
Alternatives: "an additional deletion" or "one more deletion".
