The phrase "a four month training" is not correct in standard written English.
It should be "a four-month training" with a hyphen to indicate that "four-month" is a compound adjective describing "training."
Example: "She completed a four-month training program to enhance her skills."
Alternatives: "a four-month course" or "a four-month program."
