The neuropsychological test battery included four tests, the 15-word Verbal Learning Test (VLT), the Stroop Color and Word Test (SCWT), a fluency test, and the Letter Digit Substitution Test (LDST), to measure global cognitive function and specific cognitive domains, namely memory, speed of cognitive processes, and cognitive flexibility (i.e., higher order information processing).
