The phrase "a few responsive" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a small number of individuals or items that are responsive or react positively to something.
Example: "Out of the many participants, only a few responsive individuals provided valuable feedback during the survey."
Alternatives: "a handful of responsive" or "several responsive".
