The phrase "a far more pervasive" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe something that is significantly more widespread or influential than something else.
Example: "The new policy has proven to be a far more pervasive influence on employee behavior than the previous guidelines."
Alternatives: "much more widespread" or "significantly more common".
