The phrase "a eye view of" is not correct in English.
It should be "an eye view of." You can use it when describing a perspective or observation of a situation or scene.
Example: "From an eye view of the city, the skyline looked breathtaking at sunset."
Alternatives: "a visual perspective of" or "a firsthand view of."
