The phrase "a dose map" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to medicine, pharmaceuticals, or any field where dosage information is relevant, such as in treatment plans or medication guides.
Example: "The doctor provided a dose map to ensure that the patient receives the correct amount of medication at each interval."
Alternatives: "dosage chart" or "medication schedule".
For example, extraction of temperature versus time data for each individual pixel can be used to compute a thermal dose map from which it may be possible to derive a more precise thermal dose volume.

The added advantage of radiochromic film compared to TLD measurements is the two dimensional dose map which is recorded for the assessment of dose providing not only an assessment at the site of the cornea, lens and retina in a phantom but in other areas as well.
