Nothing in this document shall be considered/expected to form a binding legal contract.
If the common interest development law requires an association to deliver a document by "individual delivery" or "individual notice," the document shall be delivered by one of the following methods: (1) First-class mail, postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, express mail or overnight delivery by an express service carrier.
This document shall be included in the Administrative Record for the installation.
THE PRESIDENT: The Tribunal directs that the whole document shall be translated.
The document shall be addressed to the recipient at the address last shown on the books of the association.
(j) Confidential and privileged quality assurance records and documents shall be released to the General Accounting Office if such records or documents pertain to any matter within its jurisdiction.
All official documents shall be produced, and all court proceedings conducted, in English, French and Russian, and in the language of the Defendant.
Any misuse of confidential and privileged quality assurance records or documents shall be reported to the appropriate VHA official, e.g., Service Chief, Medical Center Director.
In all other cases, records of trial by court-martial and related documents shall be transmitted and disposed of as the Secretary concerned may prescribe by regulation.
(k) Confidential and privileged quality assurance records and documents shall be released to both VA and non-VA healthcare personnel upon request to the extent necessary to meet a medical emergency affecting the health or safety of any individual.
For their test checks, visits and inspections the members of the Agency shall be accorded free access on demand to plants and depots, and the relevant accounts and documents shall be made available to them.
