The phrase "a disrupted plot" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a narrative or storyline that has been interrupted or altered in some way.
Example: "The novel's impact was diminished due to a disrupted plot that left readers confused about the characters' motivations."
Alternatives: "an interrupted storyline" or "a broken narrative".
