The phrase "a dip of around" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a decrease or reduction in a quantity, often in a numerical or statistical context.
Example: "The report indicated a dip of around 10% in sales during the last quarter."
Alternatives: "a decrease of approximately" or "a drop of about".
