The phrase "a different partitioning of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing alternative ways to divide or organize a set of items, data, or resources.
Example: "In our analysis, we explored a different partitioning of the dataset to uncover hidden patterns."
Alternatives: "an alternative division of" or "a distinct segmentation of".
For example, in Fig. 7 the 1st partition of "Partitioning 1" will have comparison points 1, 2, 3 and 4 (each one for a different partition of "Partitioning 2").
