The phrase "a different judgement" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to an alternative opinion or decision that differs from another.
Example: "After reviewing the evidence, the committee reached a different judgement than the one initially proposed."
Alternatives: "an alternative assessment" or "a distinct evaluation".
