The phrase "a different conceptualization of" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when discussing alternative ways of understanding or interpreting a particular idea, concept, or phenomenon.
Example: "The researchers proposed a different conceptualization of social behavior that challenges traditional theories."
Alternatives: "an alternative understanding of" or "a new interpretation of".
In the same way, a therapist who experienced negative results when engaged in physical exercise may have created a different conceptualization of the goal 'getting physically active'.
