The phrase "a corresponding shift in" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to indicate a change that is related or linked to another change or event.
Example: "The study revealed a corresponding shift in public opinion following the new policy implementation."
Alternatives: "an associated change in" or "a related adjustment in".
