The phrase "a correct goal" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when discussing objectives or aims that are appropriate or valid in a given context.
Example: "Setting a correct goal is essential for achieving success in any project."
Alternatives: "an appropriate objective" or "a valid aim".
