The phrase "a context of justice" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing situations, frameworks, or environments that are characterized by fairness, equity, or moral rightness.
Example: "In a context of justice, all individuals should have equal access to legal representation and fair treatment under the law."
Alternatives: "an environment of fairness" or "a framework of equity".
Not only is there a context of justice and democracy beyond the nation state in Europe due to the particular circumstances of cooperation, there are also institutions and structures amounting to dominance.
In President Obama's brilliant, deeply felt Inaugural Address, we find echoes of the great speeches of the past: the acknowledgment of challenge and trepidation from FDR, the call to service of JFK, the assertion of strength within a context of justice of Ronald Reagan.
The second argument is directed at the assertion that the "principles of justice should be applied within states" and that "the state … has normative significance as a context of justice" (p. 487) [ 36].
Yet such casuistry is always advanced within a context of celebration of justice and natural law: it is not simply that in fact justice never conflicts with advantage, but that justice properly understood is always to one's advantage as a human being.
