The phrase "a complete null" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you want to describe something that is entirely lacking or void of value or content.
Example: "In the final analysis, the data provided was a complete null, offering no insights for our research."
Alternatives: "an absolute void" or "a total absence".
