The artist, who began his compassionate project back in October, has worked on five tattoos thus far with many more to come.
But some winners use their giant windfalls astutely and judiciously on smart, compassionate projects that do a lot of good.
Instead it was Amber Rudd, the energy secretary, who was sent out on to the airwaves to defend the government's central missions as a "compassionate" and "one nation" project.
While the 9-year-old's project is a compassionate one, it also stems from a very personal place.
"It is a compassionate work," says Mark Oakley, the Canon Chancellor of St Paul's who oversaw the Viola project since its inception 11 years ago.
Those projects also introduced people and social issues as subject matter into her oeuvre, and she developed a compassionate humanitarian approach to such photos.
A compassionate person will be compassionate.
