Most papers on TAR have presented results for a combination of several etiological subgroups: posttraumatic arthritis, primary arthritis, inflammatory arthritis, and other etiologies (Buechel et al. 2003, Wood et al. 2008, Bonnin et al. 2011, Rippstein et al. 2011, Barg et al. 2013).
Using a combination of bovine TRAV/TRDV subgroup-specific and unbiased SMART TRAC+ and TRDC+ PCR (column iii) 341 unique full or partial TRA/TRD chain transcripts were sequenced (column iv), providing a more comprehensive description of the breadth of TRAV/TRDV subgroup usage in TRA and TRD transcripts.
These results indicate that, although one particular miRNA in plasma may help distinguish different subgroups, a combination of a panel of miRNAs may have a great potential to offer much more sensitive and specific diagnostic test.
In the present study systemic and mucosal IgG and IgA responses were induced by immunizing BALB/c mice intranasally with a combination of recombinant RV VP6 protein (subgroup II [SGII]) and norovirus (NoV) virus-like particles (VLPs) used in a candidate vaccine.
Two- and three-class comparisons of mean relative expression levels were then performed gene-by-gene between [PIP++], [PIP+] and [PIP−] subgroups using a combination of t- and F- statistic approaches and yielded complementary lists (See Table S1), including a list of 606 clones (L606, two-class, data not shown) and a list of 235 clones (L235, three-class, see Table S2).
However, when observing a patient subgroup having a combination of current job exposure and at least one CRS co morbidity (e.g., asthma/previous nasal polyps/allergic rhinitis), several VAS subscale values were significantly lower in the ESS group compared with the balloon sinuplasty group, indicating greater symptom reduction after ESS than after balloon sinuplasty (Table 5; Fig. 1).
Considerable overlap between these work-related variables were found and we eventually formed two subgroups based on a combination of several factors.
We expect that in most patients one of the hypothesized mechanisms will play a main role, but in a subgroup of patients, a combination of 2 or more mechanisms will be causing SIS.
Assuming previously proven good coverage of NPR data, we based the estimation of the hip fracture incidence upon the subgroup defined by a combination of both ICD and NOMESCO code, since the accuracy was 96.5-99.9%in this group.
Conclusions: The subgroup of patients at greatest risk are patients with a combination of obstruction to blood flow and arrhythmias.
