At Red Rocks, Radiohead agreed to sit down for a rare collective interview with a journalist.
The staff members taking part in the collective interview were a source of data but were also involved in the validation of the analysis performed by the researchers.

Collection methods are generally observation, collective interview (such as focus groups) and individual interview [ 3, 18, 19] Both types of investigation complement one another and involve collection of information from the various people involved for every IRG and every period of intervention.
