It also has a clear dark stripe that runs up to the top of its head, but does not extend laterally towards the ears.
After coating with PEG, the size of BN-PEG became relatively uniform and smooth with clear stripe structure of 2D, which may be due to that bigger size of BN was removed in the process of preparation.
