The phrase "a central sheet of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a specific sheet that is positioned in the middle or is the main focus of a collection or set of sheets, such as in documents or presentations.
Example: "In the report, a central sheet of data highlights the key findings and conclusions drawn from the research."
Alternatives: "a main sheet of" or "a primary sheet of".
A central sheet composed of five strands (β1 β5) is twisted to form a concave cavity at the center.
