The phrase "a bit off point" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when indicating that something is slightly irrelevant or not directly related to the main topic of discussion.
Example: "While your argument is interesting, I think it's a bit off point regarding the main issue we are addressing."
Alternatives: "somewhat irrelevant" or "slightly off-topic".
