The phrase "a big problem yet" is not correct in standard written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are questioning whether a significant issue has arisen at a certain point in time.
Example: "Is this a big problem yet, or can we still manage the situation?"
Alternatives: "a major issue yet" or "a significant problem yet".
