The phrase "a bad site" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a website that is poorly designed, unreliable, or not user-friendly.
Example: "After browsing through the reviews, I realized that it was a bad site for purchasing electronics."
Alternatives: "a poor website" or "an unreliable site".
