The phrase "a Reconstructed data set" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a data set that has been altered or rebuilt from original data for analysis or research purposes.
Example: "The researchers analyzed a Reconstructed data set to identify trends in climate change over the past century."
Alternatives: "a modified data set" or "an altered data set".
We used Nonlinear Iterative Partial Least Squares (NIPALS; see http://biomserv.univ-lyon1.fr/~dray/files/softwares/nipals.R [20] to impute missing values – the nipalsPCA function from the pcaMethods package of the R language [21] produced a full "reconstructed" data set.
