This manuscript reports on a method that uses validated scenarios and personas of older adults and care team members to enhance heuristics evaluations of the usability of commercially available personal health records for homebound older adults.
Our focus is on ease of use in specifying, simulating and validating scenarios, and checking their desired properties efficiently.
